touch point

‘touch point’ is what J, my social worker, told me about life as a healthcare professional.

she reminded me that each and every single contact with a patient is difference made, no matter how minute. nothing is ever done in vain, in our care for them. and that is enough.

it is something to be truly grateful for. and it should never be taken for granted. neither should it be forgotten or dismissed to be something insignificant.

oh i should be so lucky.
